Description

Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP)

📍 Location: Washington State
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💵 Pay Range: $25.00 – $33.00 per hour
🎁 Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
🎓 New Graduates: Considered (with required certification)

Position Overview

The SUDP provides assessment, counseling, and treatment services for individuals experiencing substance use disorders. This role supports recovery through evidence-based interventions and long-term treatment planning.

This is a safety-sensitive position and requires compliance with Washington State controlled substance testing regulations.

Responsibilities

Conduct substance use assessments using ASAM criteria
Provide individual and group counseling
Develop and monitor treatment and recovery plans
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Collaborate with care teams and external agencies
Support clients through relapse prevention and recovery planning

Qualifications

Required SUDP certification in Washington State
Knowledge of substance use disorders and recovery processes
Prior experience preferred
Strong communication and client-engagement skills
