Description
CVOR CST - Must have NBSTSA - MUST SCRUB CARDIAC AND/OR VASCULAR AS PRIORITY - Cardiac surgery and cardiac transplant surgery. *MUST HAVE VALVE REPLACEMENT EXP - Open vascular/ endovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, thoracic robotics & general surgery. Schedule: 4-10s: 6:45a – 5:15p (primary), 7:30a – 6:00p on Wednesday, rotate to 9-7:30p One weekend month – Cardiac, cardiac transplant and/or Endovascular Call Friday 7pm - 7am Monday (30 min response time when on call) One 2- hr CVI short call shifts / once a week 515p-715p, or 6-8p (Wednesday) CVI call/one night a week 7:00p or 7:30p – 6:45a/7a (cardiac/cardiac transplant or endovascular) Holidays eligible to work any while on contract Cardiac surgery; open vascular/endovascular surgery; thoracic surgery, thoracic robotics & general surgery NATIONAL CERTIFICATION REQUIRED - 2+ years related work experience required. American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel, perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for six months to be considered. Parking can cost up to $43/day in some cases.
