Description

Collect, prepare, and analyze biological specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples.
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests under the supervision of a medical technologist or pathologist.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and analyzers to ensure accuracy.
Record and validate test results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS) or EMR.
Follow established procedures for quality control, safety, and infection prevention.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and lab staff to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory

Must have Previous hospital lab experience Must have ASCP/AMT MLS or MLT. Experience with Sysmex XN3000, Siemens Vista 500s, ACL Top 500, Arkray/IQ200, Aptio, Architect, Micro-osmometer, ePoc
