*FOR THIS UNIT, TECHS START DIRECTLY ON THE UNIT ON MONDAYS UNTIL THEY HAVE THEIR DIMENSIONS TRAIINING***REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Minimum ExperienceTraveler Experience: Not requiredLocals Accepted / Rate Difference: YesSkills: Scrub, Circulate, Telemetry***MUST HAVE IR Experience - 90% is IR***Certs: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCISPREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Skills: Perform EKG lead placementCerts: ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS with Med ExperienceJOB DETAILS:SHIFT: *40 Hours Can Be OfferedUnit will accept contracts 13-20 weeks!8 HOUR DAYS; 07:30 - 16:00Call Requirement: Weekday call: 16:00-07:30; Twice a week for 2 weeks in a month. Weekend Call: Friday 16:00-Monday 7:30; 1 weekend call a month.*No call the week after weekend call. Expect urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures. Callback time is 30 minutes for STEMIs, IR callback time is determined based on procedure type.Call team consists of three staff members one of which is an RN.Float Requirement: NONE.Weekend Requirement: Every Third Weekend.PATIENT AGE GROUP: Adults and GeriatricsPATIENT DIAGNOSES: Vice Implants: PPM, ICDSPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: We are a combo lab (IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP) with an approximate 80%-10% split with IR being the 80%, 10% being other procedure types.
