Schedule & Hours

• 36 or 48 hours/week
• Rotating shifts: Days / Evenings / Nights
• Floating, weekends, holidays, on-call, callback, and charge duties as unit needs dictate

Start Dates

• January starts only
• No RTO permitted: February 15 – February 21 (ER cannot accommodate time off during this period)

Position Overview

Fast-paced adult Emergency Department in a state-of-the-art facility managing 100,000+ annual visits. This is one of the busiest trauma centers in the country and the only Level I Trauma Center in the area.

The RN will care for a diverse, high-acuity patient population and assist with ED boarder patients as needed.

 First-time travelers will not be considered for this position.

Requirements

• Active New York RN License (required at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
• Previous travel ER experience required
• Telemetry experience required

Certifications (AHA Only)

• BLS – American Heart Association
• ACLS – American Heart Association
• NIHSS – Preferred
