Description
Shift: 8-Hour Days (08:00 AM – 17:00 PM) Schedule: Monday – Friday
Minimum Education: Bachelor's in Rehabilitation Therapy Licensure/Certification: Current FL license as PT or OT Experience Requirements:
Pelvic Health experience is REQUIRED and must be stated in work history.
Provide physical therapy to patients referred for pelvic health related issues: such as incontinence, constipation, pregnancy related back or pelvic pain, post partum Proficiency across therapy services/settings Strong communication skills Preferred
Skills/Experience: Outpatient care experience Familiarity with EPIC EMR Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interview:
****NO RTO THE FIRST 2 weeks of any NEW Assignment***** 8 DAYS MAX RTO SUBMISSION FOR A 13 WEEK CONTRACT. Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Policy: • Medical exemption requests are allowed for the 2025-2026 season • The exemption form must be included in the submission package.
