Description
RN – Rehab/ Med Surg | Confluence Health – Mares Campus
Wenatchee, WA
Shift & Schedule
Evening/Night (E/N)
3 × 12-hour shifts
36 hours/week
6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Floating required to Central Campus & potentially MOU
Requirements
Active WA State or Compact RN License
BLS certification (active)
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care using the nursing process
-Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
-Administer medications and perform nursing procedures/treatments
-Conduct ongoing patient assessments and adjust care as needed
-Evaluate and support discharge planning and patient education
-Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
-Provide holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, and rehab needs
-Educate patients and families with timely verbal and written information
-Delegate appropriately and supervise non-licensed staff
-Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
-Maintain a safe, clean patient care environment
-Participate in performance improvement initiatives
