Preceptor experience – Required
Total Joint Replacement experience – Required
NBSTSA certification only (NCCT not accepted)
Endoscopy experience – Will work in Endo multiple times weekly (non-negotiable)-Required
Must float to BMC (Crane & Endo) as needed (≈21 miles, no mileage)
Reliable personal transportation required (no public transport)-Required
