GHR is seeking experienced Pharmacist Managers and Pharmacy Retail Supervisors to join a high-impact pharmacy team in Peridot, Arizona. These leadership-focused roles are ideal for pharmacists ready to oversee operations, supervise staff, and help drive quality and efficiency. Local candidates are strongly preferred, but travel candidates are welcome.

Contract Options

• 13 week temporary contract
• 13 week temp-to-permanent placement

Pay Options

• Local Rate: $86/hour
• Travel Rate: $3,646 weekly gross
• Weekly pay
• Any active U.S. state pharmacist license accepted
• Arizona license preferred, not required to submit

Schedule

• Flexible days and hours
• 8 or 10 hour shifts available
• Schedule can be adjusted based on availability

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily pharmacy administrative and operational activities
• Lead and support retail pharmacy operations and workflow
• Develop, implement, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures
• Supervise, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management functions
• Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and safety standards
• Evaluate pharmacy systems and dispensing technology for accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare operational and progress reports with recommendations for improvement
• Support onboarding, training, and continuing education initiatives
• Participate in departmental and organizational education and quality programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Five years of professional pharmacy experience, including at least two years in a management or supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred, including completion of a one-year residency
• Current, valid, and unrestricted state pharmacist license required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
