Description

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
  • Conduct mental health assessments, monitor symptoms, and administer prescribed medications.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and emotional support to patients in distress.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, coping strategies, and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment responses, and behavioral observations.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment by adhering to facility protocols and safety standards.
Must have NJ State or Compact RN State License Must have experience working with Children (Age: 5-17) Must have BLS - AHA
