GHR Healthcare is seeking experienced Pharmacists to join a robust pharmacy team within a Tribal 638 healthcare system in Peridot, AZ 85542. This opportunity offers meaningful work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment serving an underserved Native American community.

Positions Available

• 2 Outpatient Pharmacists
• 1 Inpatient / ER Pharmacist

Pay Options

• Travel Contract: $3,400 weekly gross
• Local Contract: $80 per hour
• Schedule: 4x10s
• Shift Times: Variable (days, nights, swings, weekends)
• Call: None

Practice Setting

• Hospital and outpatient clinic environments
• Inpatient and ER coverage required for inpatient role
• High-volume pharmacy averaging approximately 1,000 prescriptions per day
• Advanced technology including robotics and automated dispensing systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active, unrestricted state Pharmacy license (Arizona preferred)
• BLS required
• Hospital experience required
• Ability to process prescriptions efficiently and accurately
• Strong knowledge of controlled substance regulations
• Ability to counsel patients in a timely and professional manner
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations and shifts as needed

Additional for Inpatient / ER Pharmacist:

• ACLS required
• PALS required (can be obtained on-site)

Unit & Team Overview

• 6 to 7 outpatient pharmacists
• Pharmacy technicians, clerks, and billing support staff
• ScriptPro robotic dispensing, Omnicell ADCs, Carousel, and Kirby Lester counting systems
• RPMS EHR with transition to a new EHR system underway
