Job Description:

• RN Clinical Research Lead with 2+ years of Clinical Research RN experience
• Lead and coordinate clinical research in an outpatient oncology setting
• Implement and manage clinical trials with investigational anti-cancer agents
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical care teams
• Oversee research operations, documentation, and budgets

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and regulations
• Experience in oncology and ambulatory care settings
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Licenses

• Active RN license (Compact License or New Hampshire RN license required)

Certifications

• Clinical Research Certificate (required)
• BLS
