50 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS

Shifts: Four 10-hr shifts, 0630-1700, Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends (Fri-Sun; 0630-1900)/On call, and holidays may be required (per staff rotation). 
Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. 
Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. 

Orientation: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. Scrubs: Required and provided by the facility.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
-Minimum two (2) years current experience required in Cardiothoracic surgery.
-Must be able to scrub.
-Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
-EMR: EPIC experience preferred but not required; will train on-site.

Required Education:
One of the following is required:
-Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).
-Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).

Required Certifications & Licensure:
-State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.
-BLS required.
-BLS (and ACLS, and PALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart Association

Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-PALS and ACLS preferred.
