Description

Units/Areas: OR (30+ rooms), ICU (6 units), ER (70+ beds), Inpatient (700 beds)

Required License: Indiana State Radiography License (Must be in hand prior to start; pending okay for submittal)

Required Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS

Short Description: Shift Fri-Sun 1900-0700. 1.2 FTE status.

Minimum 1 year experience required, specifically in Level 1 Trauma.

Skills required: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Chest/Thorax, ER, Surgery/C-Arm, and Portable procedures.

First-time travelers accepted. Floating to affiliate hospitals required.

Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required.

Cerner EMR.

Equipment includes GE and Siemens.
