• Position: LPN
• Unit : LTC
• Shift: Days, 4 x 12-Hour (3 x 12 and Days/Nights are also available for both shifts)
• Duration: 13 - 26 week
• Location: Seward, AK 99664
• Start date: 01/27/2026

Travel Pay Rate: (above 50 miles)

• Hourly:$20/hr W2 + $50 (OT after 40 hrs) + $1,150/week (non-taxable stipend)
• Gross:$2,350/weekly

Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long-Term Care (LTC) provides direct nursing care to residents, supports daily clinical operations, and works closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care in a residential setting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident responses.
• Perform routine assessments, vital signs, and report changes in condition.
• Assist with care plans, documentation, and EMR charting.
• Support resident comfort, safety, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and care teams to meet resident needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Active LPN License of AK (Must required).
• BLS required.

• Minimum 1 years of LTC experience
