<ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients under the supervision of an RN or physician.</li><li>Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, wound status, and changes in patient condition.</li><li>Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed, following facility protocols.</li><li>Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring continuity of care.</li><li>Perform wound care, catheter care, IV maintenance (as permitted), and other clinical procedures.</li><li>Support patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort while promoting safety and fall prevention.</li><li>Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams regarding patient status.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation in EHR and adhere to infection control and safety standards.</li></ul>

Rochester NY New York 3 Must have active NY state LPN License
Must have MedSurg or Hospital Exp in Acute Care
Must have BLS AHA
