13 weeks Contract
40 hours Guarantee Days 4x10hrs

Requirements:

- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience

Special Requirements:
- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation..
- Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster.
