Position Summary: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, performing basic nursing procedures, documenting patient care, and assisting with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and overall health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or RNs.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Document patient care, observations, and any changes in condition accurately.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to implement care plans.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and hygiene at all times.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication, and care procedures.
• Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, catheter care, and injections.

Requirements:

• Active LPN NM State License.
• BLS from AHA.
• COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
