Location: Napa, CA

Shift: Days | 5×8s (approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Job Overview

A Radiation Therapist is needed for an acute care hospital supporting adult and geriatric oncology patients. This role involves delivering external beam radiation treatments using advanced technology in a collaborative clinical environment. First-time travelers are welcome.

Responsibilities

Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately
Operate linear accelerators and imaging equipment for patient positioning
Perform CBCT/kV/mV imaging and respiratory gating as indicated
Deliver treatments including SRS and SBRT
Monitor patients during treatment and provide appropriate care
Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems
Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and physicists
Follow radiation safety, quality assurance, and departmental protocols

Requirements

Active California Radiation Therapist license
ARRT (T) certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience
Experience with Elekta Infinity and/or Varian linear accelerators preferred
Experience with MOSAIQ charting system preferred

Scheduling & Call Details

Variable start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
Weekend call only (rotated): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
