Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Travel Nursing Job

Location: Wesley Chapel, FL

Weekly Pay: $2,386
Shift: Day Shift
Hours: 40 hours/week (4x10)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Day shift: 4x10-hour shifts
Shift time: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend coverage required every other weekend
On-call required
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekends: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Approximately 10 call days per 6-week schedule
Guaranteed hours apply after first call-off per pay period
No floating

Unit Details

Operating Room with 4 surgical suites supporting a wide range of specialties.

Charting System: Cerner (required)

Specialties Supported:

General Surgery
Plastics
Urology
Orthopedics
Neuro Spine
Vascular
Podiatry
Gynecology
Robotics (Da Vinci Xi)

Requirements

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
Prior travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
BLS required
Cerner EMR experience required
Experience in General OR setting required

Required Surgical Experience

Candidates must have experience in the following:

General, Vascular, Orthopedic, Plastics, Robotics, Urology, and Neuro surgeries
Scrub and circulate experience preferred

Fracture Table
Jackson Table
Pentero Microscope
Stryker video and scopes
Liposuction machine
Holmium laser
