Description

Position: RN - LTC
Location: Wausau, WI
Facility: LTC
Duration: 13 weeks with possible extensions
Shifts: 3x12hrs Nights 6pm - 6am

Vent/Trach experience is a MUST**

Candidate will be expected to work in the vents unit but will also be floated to rehab, long-term care or dementia care. There is an RT on staff that deals with the vents themselves, but the RN would need to suction and know how to complete tube feedings and wound care.

MUST HAVE ACTIVE BLS & WI RN LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION.

Shift Information:

Average Ratio: 1: 9-13 residents (Vents/Rehab); 1: 20 -22 (all other units)

Nurses and CNAs will be expected to float to all units, including long term care, rehab, dementia care, or if specifically assigned, the vents unit.
