Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nursing (BSN required)
- 1+ year applicable experience (preferably in ED leadership)
- Energetic, team-oriented, strong leadership skills
- Proven record of performance metrics and accomplishments
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of ED leadership experience in a similar or larger volume department
