Description
*Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.** **Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract * * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * * Department: Cath Lab (RN) *Required Certifications: BLS & ACLS* - # of suites/labs: 4 rooms- 2 cath labs, 2 EP lab - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: LHC w. PCI, peripherals, structural, Pacers, ablations - Equipment: Siemens equipment - Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: No - Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): Mon-Fri 0730-1600 // Self scheduling with manager approving - Weeknight/Call Requirements: Call - Weekend/Call Requirements: Call- 24 hr - Holiday/Call Requirements: Call- 24 hr - Floating Requirements: Will float to all campuses with Cath/EP lab if needed Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
