-8 hour shifts 7-330; no weekends, no holidays

Unit Notes

This position is for RN in our noninvasive cardiology area and would need to have training in all types of stress testing, IV skills, Pre-post experience, and moderate sedation for TEE procedures. We have both inpatient and outpatient population. This is a very unique position. Day shift, no weekend or holidays.

Heart and Vascular Department
This unit completes all forms of stress testing Moderate sedation for tee procedures
Pre post IVs and patient monitoring
We titrate dobutamine for dobutamine stress testing
We don’t manage drips on patients
No vents or bipap
This would be ancillary noninvasive cardiology testing for both inpatient and outpatients
The charge nurse is in the pre post area and does help with throughput of patients We do not get pulled to any other areas
