Description

FIELD WORK - RAPID CITY AREA
MON-FRI 0800-1630, EVERY 3RD WEEKEND, UP TO ONE CALL SHIFT PER WEEK.
Minimum Experience required: 1.5 years (MH requirement)
Will you accept a first-time traveler? If they have experience in home health and hospice
Travelers must live >100 miles away from facility
Permanent staff must wait 1 full year to return as a traveler
There are 3 primary field locations for this position – area served will be discussed during the interview

- Custer/Hill City
- Hot Springs
BLS; Valid Drivers License
