State License: Active Montana RN (Required)
Holiday Coverage: Required

Minimum Qualifications

RN degree (BSN, ADN, or Diploma from accredited school)
Active Montana RN License
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA) within 6 months of hire
Minimum 18 months–2 years RN experience

Preferred Qualifications

CNOR Certification
1 year OR Circulating experience
1 year OR Scrub experience

Key Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans
Perform circulating and/or scrub duties in the OR
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and healthcare team
Ensure patient safety and sterile technique
Provide patient and family education
Maintain documentation and quality standards
Participate in stroke competency education and compliance

Skills & Abilities

Strong clinical judgment and decision-making
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Flexible to work varied shifts and take call
Excellent teamwork, communication, and emotional intelligence
