Position: RN – Operating Room (OR)
Shift: Variable Day Shift with Call
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
EMR: EPIC
State License: Active Montana RN (Required)
Holiday Coverage: Required
Minimum Qualifications
- RN degree (BSN, ADN, or Diploma from accredited school)
- Active Montana RN License
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA) within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 18 months–2 years RN experience
Preferred Qualifications
- CNOR Certification
- 1 year OR Circulating experience
- 1 year OR Scrub experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans
- Perform circulating and/or scrub duties in the OR
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and healthcare team
- Ensure patient safety and sterile technique
- Provide patient and family education
- Maintain documentation and quality standards
- Participate in stroke competency education and compliance
