Unit Overview

• Unit: M5 / McClure 5
• Specialty: Medical-Surgical Telemetry
• Focus: Neurosurgical & Surgical patient population
• Float Requirement: No

Schedule Requirements

• Minimum every other weekend required
• Schedule may be adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs
• No block schedules permitted for any reason
• IVS to offer Monday–Sunday

Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Prior travel experience required
• Large, teaching facility experience required
• Minimum 2 years recent MS Tele/unit experience
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years (required)

Certifications (AHA Required)

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS required prior to start)

Orientation

• Bi-weekly Monday orientations
• Next available orientation: TBD

Submission & Compliance Notes

• All employment gaps >90 days must be explained
• Complete work history is required, including:
  • Facility bed count
  • EMR used
  • Facility type (community vs. teaching, etc.)
• Incomplete work history will delay or prevent submission

Transportation & Weather Disclaimer
