Description
Shift:
Days shift 4X10's
Work Experience:
Entry-level cardiovascular and/or radiologic technologist working under supervision of a mentor/preceptor
Provides patient-centered diagnostic, interventional, and/or surgical imaging services
Prepares patients for procedures and correlates clinical history with ordered exams
Operates specialized cardiovascular and radiologic imaging equipment
Transfers images, documents findings, and prepares studies for physician interpretation
Performs post-procedure review, quality control, equipment cleaning, and disinfection
Collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in inpatient and outpatient settings
Maintains accurate records and adheres to departmental protocols and accreditation standards
Education:
Associate’s degree or higher (required)
License:
Active certification/licensure in one of the following specialties:
ARDMS (RDCS, RVT)
ARRT (Radiography, Cardiac Interventional, Vascular Interventional)
CCI (RCS, RCCS, RCIS, RVS)
Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification
