Unit: Surgical Services Flr 2 - # of Suites: 4 Plus 1 Endoscopy Suite - Average # of cases per day: 8 - 
Required Certifications: Certified CST, must be NCCT or NBSTSA certified. - Common Cases/ roles: Ortho- total joints, sports med, hands and trauma, General, Gyn, C-sections, Endoscopy, CST's are required to have some SPD and HLD experience. 
All OR personnel are required to help clean and turnover OR's along with our orderly team. 
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with strong ortho background.previous travel experience. - Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift: We have both, Charge and ANM for OR. - Shifts & Scheduling: Mon- Friday 8 hour shifts. Typically 700-1530. May adjust as needed. - Weeknight/Call Requirements: Call starts at 1500. Typically, 1 night per week or 4 weeknights per month. 
Will increase if staffing decreases. - Weekend/Call Requirements: Typically, 1 full weekend per month. Fri-Sun. - Holiday/Call Requirements: If there is a holiday during the contract you may be assigned holiday call. - What is call response time: 

You must be always within 30 minutes of the hospital while on-call. - Floating Requirements: The OR team covers endoscopy. CST's are required to have some SPD and HLD experience (cleaning and washing for call, including endo). - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Blue- scrubs provided per surgical services attire policy. - How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 
We pair travelers with a preceptor for unit specific orientation.
Unit Norms and System Values will be discussed during this time. - Additional Notes: We also use TDOC to track instruments and our providers use ProVation for Endoscopy. **This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles. To ensure adherence to this rule, we will require the candidates' perm address in the submittal to confirm they are outside of that specified radius before proceeding with the profile review.
