LMSW | Providence Elder Place, Spokane.
Requirements:

License: Active Washington State LMSW (must be in hand; no pending licenses)
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with geriatric populations
- Experience in Adult Day Care, Long-Term Care, Outpatient, or Community Health preferred
Certifications:
- BLS required
EMR:
- EPIC experience required
