ACLS, BLS, Certified Cardiac Interventional Rad Tech - ARRT (CI) Verification

Shift Notes

4- 10 hour rotating shifts either 6am to 4:30pm or 9am to 7:30pm. Call and Holiday Coverage Required

Unit: Cath Lab Tech with EP experience Miscellaneous Info & Examples if Needed # suites/labs 3 Cath Labs #cases per day on average 15/18 Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) BLS / ACLS/ WVRT license/ ARRT Accepts: ARRT (R) / ARRT (CI) / ARRT (VI) Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Cardiology Patients Are EP and IR part of Cath Lab? EP is Job Duties: Scrub & Document cases / stock rooms, Scrub and assist physicians with all EP procedures. Monitor/Circulate cases in EP. Be able to use a EP recording system Experience or 'Must have' skills: Experience with Impella/ IABP/ INARI, Lectrophysic, PVC, PT, Crio or transeptal ablations, Lazer lead extractions, Device work, EP recording systems EMR/Equipment: Toshibia, Carto , Abbott Cardiologist hours/on call: on call hours are 430pm to 6am Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) (4) 10hour shifts - Day or Afternoon Weeknight/Call Requirements: Yes Weekend/Call Requirements: Yes Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes What is call response time? 30 minutes Floating Requirements: Only work in the Cath lab & EP Scrub Color/Dress Code: OR scrubs provided daily Unit/Department specific orientation: yes
