The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced emergency environment and delivers high-quality patient care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform rapid assessment and triage of emergency patients</li><li>Provide emergency interventions and administer medications</li><li>Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary ED teams</li><li>Accurately document patient care and outcomes</li><li>Follow hospital policies, protocols, and emergency procedures</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active RN license </li><li>Minimum 2+ years of recent ER experience</li><li>BLS (AHA) required</li><li>ACLS (AHA) required</li><li>PALS (AHA) preferred (or required, if applicable)</li></ul>
