Job Title: RN – Critical Care (Nights)

Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico

Duration: 13 week

Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse – Critical Care to join the Patient Care Services team. The RN will coordinate and implement high-quality patient care while maintaining safety, efficiency, and professionalism. This role supports the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization and provides compassionate care to patients and families.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide and coordinate patient-centered care for critical care patients
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Float to other units as required
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, standards of care, and safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
  • Respond appropriately to emergency and crisis situations

Required Certifications & Licenses

  • Current New Mexico RN License or Compact State License
  • BLS (AHA required)
  • ACLS (AHA required)
  • TNCC
