Location: Multiple U.S. Assignments (Travel Role)
Job Type: Travel Contract | 13 Weeks | Extensions Available

💵 Compensation Breakdown

  • $55–$60/hour blended rate
  • Weekly Gross: 💵 $2,200–$2,400
  • Housing Stipend: $850–$950/week
  • Meals & Incidentals: $550–$650/week
  • Overtime & Holiday Rate: $30/hour
  • Onboarding Pay: $15/hour

🎉 Bonuses

  • $500 Sign-On Bonus (start within 2 weeks)
  • $500 Completion Bonus (paid at end of contract)

🩺 Role Overview

  • Provide skilled Physical Therapy services in Home Health settings
  • Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
  • Work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
  • Use EMR systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Assignments may vary—flexibility is required

🕒 Schedule & Requirements

  • Guaranteed 40 hours/week
  • Day, evening, or night shifts as required
  • Weekends may be required
  • Must accept assignments within reasonable commute distance

✅ What You Need to Qualify

  • Minimum 2 years of Home Health PT experience (within last 5 years)
  • Active U.S. Physical Therapist license (state of placement)
  • CPR/BLS & First Aid (AHA, hands-on)
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle (required)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
