💵 Compensation Breakdown

$55–$60/hour blended rate
Weekly Gross: 💵 $2,200–$2,400
Housing Stipend: $850–$950/week
Meals & Incidentals: $550–$650/week
Overtime & Holiday Rate: $30/hour
Onboarding Pay: $15/hour

Provide skilled Physical Therapy services in Home Health settings
Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
Work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Use EMR systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation
Assignments may vary—flexibility is required

🕒 Schedule & Requirements

Guaranteed 40 hours/week
Day, evening, or night shifts as required
Weekends may be required
Must accept assignments within reasonable commute distance

✅ What You Need to Qualify

Minimum 2 years of Home Health PT experience (within last 5 years)
Active U.S. Physical Therapist license (state of placement)
CPR/BLS & First Aid (AHA, hands-on)
Valid driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle (required)
Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
