Job Summary

Marin Health Medical Center is seeking two experienced Radiation Therapy Technologists to support its Radiation Oncology Department on a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in radiation therapy delivery, patient setup, and treatment planning support.

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 5 × 8 hrs
Start Time: Between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hrs/week

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years of Radiation Oncology experience
Properly set up and align patients using various imaging techniques to deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments
Assess patient condition during treatment and make appropriate referrals to healthcare team members
Prepare for treatment delivery, including:
- Chart and film checks
- Treatment room setup
- Dosimetric calculations
- Electronic medical record review (MOSAIQ)
- Treatment calendar management, including programming port films
Perform patient setup and CT simulations for radiation therapy treatment planning as needed
Collaborate closely with radiation therapists, physicists, and other oncology team members
Experience with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ preferred

Licensure & Certifications

ARRT (Radiation Therapy)
California Radiation Therapy Technologist (RTT) License
BLS/BCLS Certification
