LTC LVN/LPN

*PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*Must have AK license in hand

Shift: 4x12 Variable (or 3x12 Variable - traveler's choice)

Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

Note:caregivers are not asked to rotate between night/day shifts (occasional exceptions for urgent staffing needs). Shifts will be either Days or Nights, but dependent on facility needs at time of start date.

Duration:Traveler's Choice for 26 or 13 week assignment

Certfications:AK license MUST be in hand, BLS
