We have a new travel assignment for an RN - PICU in Tamuning, Guam. <ul><li>Shift: 3x12 or 4x12 (Days/Nights to be assigned at orientation)</li></ul>Facility Overview:<ul><li>Community Hospital Setting<ul><li>RNs do all the clinical Work; no IV team</li><li>They don’t have residents at this hospital</li><li>They do have a good support system in place for their RNs</li></ul></li><li>Hospital Census Limits<ul><li>Typically run count of 130-150 Patients</li></ul></li></ul>Details:<ul><li>3+ Years Experience</li><li>Must have previous Travel Experience </li><li>Must have experience with and be willing to float to regular pediatric patients in addition to PICU (these patients are on the same floor)</li><li>Personality is important! This island is a family and everyone knows each other! Must be flexible, adaptable, and really care about the community!</li><li>Previous travel and cultural sensitivity</li><li>Guam or Compact License</li><li>Must have completed Covid vaccine series</li><li>Travelers need flexibility to work day or night shifts - managers try to be as accommodating as possible but travelers will be placed where the needs exist </li></ul>
