Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: 3x12 Nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Pay Range: $1,900–$2,038/week (gross)

Position Overview

A critical access hospital in Marysville, Kansas is seeking an experienced Travel ER RN to join their night‑shift team. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in high‑acuity, low‑resource environments and is confident managing everything from trauma to walk‑ins with limited backup. If you’re an adaptable, fast‑thinking ER nurse who excels in rural settings, this assignment offers strong pay and immediate start availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Triage, assess, and stabilize critical and non‑critical patients
• Respond to trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and pediatric emergencies
• Collaborate with providers and ancillary staff to ensure timely, safe care
• Administer medications, perform interventions, and manage equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety standards
• Function independently and confidently during night shift hours

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ER experience (critical experience required)
• Active KS or Compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Strong critical‑thinking skills and ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable in a rural ER environment with variable patient volumes
