Description

Shift:
Day Shift, Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 5 x 8s (40 hours/week)

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience (5 years preferred)

One year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Must be a Generalist Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)

Experience managing laboratory operations, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Allied Health Technologies, or equivalent: Required

Master’s Degree: Preferred

License:

Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License: Required

Certifications:

ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification: Preferred

NCA (National Credentialing Agency for Labs) certification: Preferred

BLS/CPR Certification: Not specified by facility
