Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Shift/Schedule: 3x12 hour night shifts (7p-7a), every other weekend rotation, holidays as needed.
- Floating: Required; must be willing to float between all Cone Health facilities as needed.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience required; first-time travelers accepted.
- Certifications: BLS and STARR certification required.
- Specialty Experience: Emergency Department (ED) or Urgent Care experience required.
- Leadership: Previous Charge RN experience required.
- EMR: Experience with EPIC system required.
- Patient Ratio: 1 nurse to 6 patients.
- Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, pediatrics.
- Patient Diagnoses: Major depressive disorder (MDD), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, substance abuse.
- Mandatory Compliance: Must complete compliance by deadline (12 Noon EST, Wednesday prior to start).
- Zero-Tolerance Policy: Strict adherence to attendance and punctuality.
- Mandatory EKG Exam: Must pass EKG test regardless of specialty.
