Description

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process
Partner with patients, families, and care teams to ensure safe, quality care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in shared governance
Mentor and precept other nurses, supporting professional growth
Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
Ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with policies and standards

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active RN license (GA or Compact)
BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred or required within 180 days (unit-specific)
CPR certification required
Minimum 1-year professional nursing experience; critical care or clinic experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
