Description

Title: LPN LTC

Location: Utica, NY
Available Shift: Days (6:30a-2:30p) Every other weekend is required and 
Nights (10:30p-6:30a) (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
Must float to all units (same building)
Pay: $40 - $42/Hr

Job Description:

  • WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)
  • Up to date resume
  • 1+ years of experience in a LTC facility and documents travel experience.
  • LTC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 2 recent Charge/Manager References
  • Skills Checklist matching specialty
  • Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
  • Current BLS
  • NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE LPN NY License & all active licenses.
  • RTO MUST be included at time of submission
  • EMR Exp: PointClick Care
  • Floating Required: Yes within the same building
  • Scrub Color: NAVY BLUEUnit Specifics:
  • Beds: 40
  • Common patient diagnosis: MS, Ortho, Dementia, Memory care
