Description

Requirements:

Primary duties are PT evaluations and treatments. Inpatient (25%) acute, ICU, SNF, and outpatient (75%) settings.
Approaches for all outpatient diagnoses, and acute to SNF inpatient mobility progression with knowledge of discharge planning.
PT is required to work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB, and extensively in our hospital based Outpatient PT Clinic
