Ratios: 1:5

Years of experience REQ: 1 to 2 Years Experience Required.

First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes

Holiday shifts and Charge RN assignments as needed per unit.

Weekend REQ: 8 weekend shifts in Saint Luke?s 6-week schedule period, combination of F/S/S.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? YES - **FLOAT POOL POSITION** WILL NOT be assigned a home unit. Will float between (roughly) 5 units ? all Med/Surg Intermediate/PCU Departments and floating to other Metro campuses as needed.

Certs REQ: BLS, NIHSS

Certs Preferred: ACLS

Skills REQ: Work Settings: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown. Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring. Cardiovascular: Pre/Post Cardiac Cath. Sepsis, wound care, ETOH, SI, Renal Failure, AFIB, GIB, Stroke, COVID.

Skills Preferred: Cardiovascular: Sheath Removal. Gastrointestinal: Feeding tube care and management. IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management.
