Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical/Surgical (Med Surg) unit in an acute care setting. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence during night shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit following nursing best practices
• Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner charting system
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Active RN License: Required (License to Submit: Yes)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience
• Education: BSN preferred (not required)
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
