Position Information Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med/Surg Tele Department/Cost Center: 610 Number of Openings: 1 Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours Please notate upon submission if candidate is requesting 48 GTD Weekend Requirement: As scheduled Call Requirement: None Floating: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility Travel Experience: Preferred, not required Patient Population Primarily Adult Unit Information Patient Ratios: 1:6 Support staff includes CNAs and LPNs EHR: MediTech Supervisor: Haley Experience & Certifications Years of Experience Required: 1–2 years Required Certifications: BLS HWC ACLS: Preferred, not required Onboarding Requirements (STRICT – NO EXCEPTIONS) Iowa SING Background Check REQUIRED Criminal portion and Child Abuse portion must be cleared All background checks must be fully cleared prior to start No instant or statewide searches accepted Mandatory Reporter Certification required Child and Adult Drug Screen: 10-panel screening including opiates Titers: Must be within the last 12 months Start Dates: Monday or Tuesday starts only Additional Details Housing options are attached to the position Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory Submission Requirements Please include a complete submittal packet: Standard Candidate Submission Form Resume Candidate Self-Assessment Skills Checklist
