We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist for an excellent opportunity with Samaritan Home Health in Watertown, NY. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by providing therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Position Details:
• Job Title: Physical Therapist
• Facility: Samaritan Home Health
• Location: Watertown, NY (Jefferson County)
• Start Date: February 2, 2026
• Shift: Days, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
• No weekends or major holidays

Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay Range: $33.44–$50.00/hour ($69,555–$104,000 annually)
• $10,000 sign-on bonus OR multi-year loan forgiveness (up to $15,000 per year for 4 years)
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.67/mile
• 401(k) with employer match
• Full benefits eligible after 30 days
• PTO, long-term disability, and life insurance
• Work cell phone and computer provided

Responsibilities:
• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans
• Assist with supervising support staff as needed

Requirements:
• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist program
• Valid New York State Physical Therapy License
• Completion of PT internships
• BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
