Description

Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, Interventional Radiology/IR experience [required]
Electrophysiology (EP) experience [required]
Travel experience desired [nice to have]
EPIC CUPID electronic medical record experience [preferred]
Cardiac Cath lab experience [preferred]
Nursy's must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [required] [document]
Driver's License [document] [required]
AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS / advanced cardiac life support [required]
AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS / basic life support [required]
Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS
State Licenses: Iowa
OnCall: None
Weekend Description: None
Traveler will be required to float across to Iowa Lutheran when needed
Local Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate
