Start Date

Available Start Date: February 16, 2026 (no alternate dates available)

Schedule & Shift Details

Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekends: Typically every 3rd weekend (subject to change based on census and staffing)
Holidays: One holiday coverage expected (subject to change)
On-Call: No regular call required; may be asked to take a rare call day during fluctuating census or staffing needs

Experience Requirements

Minimum Experience: 3 years of Cardiac Step-Down experience
Required Experience Includes:
- Heart cath recovery
- Cardiac drips
- Post-op open heart patients
- Cardiac and Med-Surg step-down patients

Floating

May be required to float to other units during low volumes or coverage needs (not expected routinely)

Certifications Required

BLS
ACLS

System & Skill Requirements

EMR: Epic (required)
Clinical Experience Required: Open-heart patients, ventilators
