Assignment Details

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
- Traveler may be called off for one (1) 8-hour shift per 2-week period
On-Call Requirement: None
Weekend Requirement: Yes
Floating: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs

Licensure & Certification Requirements

LMSW or LCSW (Either accepted)
BLS by AHA
Alaska (AK) License required
- Pending AK license accepted

Local & Travel Requirements

Local Candidates: Not accepted
- Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
RTO Restrictions: All requested time off must be included at time of submittal

Required Experience & Core Skills

Acute care social work experience (Required)
Inpatient medical social work experience within an acute hospital environment
Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination skills
